四、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)條件 中國(guó)市場(chǎng)對(duì)輪胎的需求量在不斷增長(zhǎng)中，隨著中國(guó)汽車市場(chǎng)的井噴式發(fā)展，從2002年到2005年四年間，中國(guó)輪胎市場(chǎng)一直保持爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng)。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),2006年，我國(guó)輪胎產(chǎn)量達(dá)到1.9億條,同比增長(zhǎng)11.4 %，發(fā)展速度居全球之冠。輪胎全行業(yè)銷售收入898.3億元,同比增長(zhǎng)23.4%。2007全年我國(guó)輪胎行業(yè)仍將以15%的速度增長(zhǎng)， 2011年我國(guó)輪胎總需求量約3.5億條。與此相對(duì)應(yīng)的是，歐美輪胎市場(chǎng)徘徊不前甚至倒退，眾多輪胎制造企業(yè)紛紛削減產(chǎn)能，加大對(duì)中國(guó)地區(qū)的投入，整個(gè)國(guó)際輪胎產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出十分明顯的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移趨勢(shì)。另一方面，繁昌確實(shí)具備發(fā)展輪胎產(chǎn)業(yè)的條件，在化工產(chǎn)業(yè)、能源、物流、人才、汽車工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)方面，有著扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯。
