二、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)背景和條件  承載2100年歷史，繁昌縣正進(jìn)入全新的發(fā)展時期。尤其是近年來，繁昌縣委、縣政府本著“科學(xué)發(fā)展、和諧發(fā)展、率先發(fā)展”的思路和理念，著力于城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，著力于產(chǎn)業(yè)升級集約發(fā)展，縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會各項(xiàng)事業(yè)跨越到一個嶄新的平臺。在此背景下，集生態(tài)、旅游、文化、戶外影視拍攝為一體的古潭綠洲生態(tài)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)示范園的建設(shè)規(guī)劃水到渠成。

三、項(xiàng)目前景和效益分析  項(xiàng)目以打造“蕪湖第一園”為目標(biāo)，旨在進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化提升繁昌農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，完善充實(shí)繁昌旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)布局，通過影視作品推廣繁昌，提升繁昌文華產(chǎn)業(yè)品味，在推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌、農(nóng)民增收和城市知名度推廣等方面將作出有益探索，具有顯著的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和長遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略意義。

四、項(xiàng)目投資估算  古潭綠洲生態(tài)、觀光現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園計劃總投資10億元人民幣，項(xiàng)目總占地面積約3200畝（包括水庫），其中250畝為出讓用地；其余2950畝（包括水庫）為租用地，租期40年。

五、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)內(nèi)容和規(guī)模  1、苗木花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)科普實(shí)踐、觀賞區(qū)占地約2000畝，以苗木培育種植作為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，著力于推進(jìn)苗木種植經(jīng)營規(guī)�；�、產(chǎn)業(yè)化、觀賞化，以此優(yōu)化當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，同時滿足縣城新總體規(guī)劃的要求。2、古潭綠洲旅游景區(qū)占地1000畝，包括迎賓廣場、假山跌水、古潭公社特色餐飲、野趣垂釣、橋映荷塘、濕地公園、休閑沙灘、香林花雨-桂花園、桃林盡染-桃花園、櫻花爛漫-櫻花園、梅海尋幽-梅園、竹徑通幽-竹海、開心農(nóng)場體驗(yàn)區(qū)、芳草園花卉種植區(qū)、鳳鳴谷、喬家老宅、虎噴泉、野外拓展活動基地、燒烤基地等景點(diǎn)，是一個集觀光、參與、互動為主體的休閑度假場所。3、建設(shè)浙江長城影視的野外拍攝基地，利用本項(xiàng)目獨(dú)特的地理環(huán)境和項(xiàng)目打造的碧海藍(lán)天、青山綠水、鳥語花香的優(yōu)美環(huán)境，提升繁昌縣的知名度和繁昌文化產(chǎn)業(yè)品位。
