22. The Rail Transit Digital Signal & Telecommunication Cable Industrial Project of Longyan

Description:There totally are 534 sets of production process equipment and detection equipment. The annual output of this project is 35,000 kilometers of all kinds of rail transit digital signal & telecommunication cables. Its major product is the SPTYW23-24 core type (rail transit digital signal armored cable with plastic sheath), with an annual output of 15 thousand km. The other products are the series rail transit digital signal cables of digital signal cable with comprehensive sheath, digital signal cable with aluminum sheath, digital signal cable with internal screen, data cable for spot responder and digital signal cable for train axle counter etc, with an combined annual output of 2 thousand km. The proposed location for this project is the Longchi Industrial Concentration District of Longy***

Reasons and conditions:The rail transit digital signal cables produced in this project will effectively resolve the bottleneck caused by the original rail transit digital signal cables after the speedup of the rail transit, and have a broad market prospect.

Preliminary work:The Feasibility Study Report for the project has been completed, so have the comparison and selection of the construction site and market survey.

Description:This project aims to introduce the production of items for emergency response, such as smart rescue equipment, emergency communication equipment, special purposed vehicle and engineering equipment for emergency rescue, emergency product for emergency environmental accident, emergency medical rescue product and anti terrorist product, etc. It is located in the Longzhou Industrial Park of Xinluo District Longyan City.

Reasons and conditions:According to the forecast of relevant state ministries and commissions, the annual capacity of emergency industrial market is about RMB 500 billion yuan. If the relevant driven industrial chains are included, the annual capacity will be about RMB 1000 billion yuan. The prospect is very considerable.

24. The Medical Apparatus and Instruments Industrial Project of Wuping County in Longyan City

Description:This project will occupy the land of 1500 mu (about 2471.11 acres) in the Stainless Steel Industrial Park of Wuping County, and over 20 enterprises making medical equipment will be first movers in the Park.

Reasons and conditions:Wuping County will gradually establish the production and marketing systems of stainless steel research and development, manufacturing, processing, detection, sales and logistics etc, so as to constantly promote the industrial integration. At present, the Stainless Steel Product Testing Center in Fujian is located at Wuping County where 53 kinds of stainless steel products can be detected and tested. Description:The project, covering 150 mu (about 24.71 acres) of land to be used for building the production plants and dormitories, will purchase 50 sets of vortex flow spinners. The proposed location of this project will be the Hetian High-End Spinning Park of Jinjiang (Changting) in the Economic Development Zone of Changting County.

Reasons and conditions:Changting County is one of key Five Spinning Bases cultivated by Fujian Province. Over the past several years, the textile industry has been continuously developed and people constantly pursue the high-end and fashionable garments with the improvement of living standards, so there are much higher demands for the spinning equipment and technologies.
