項目簡介:該公司根據(jù)目前國內外辣椒紅素產品市場需求和生產技術水平,與印度最大的香精香料生產商新賽德公司合作,聯(lián)合新疆石河子大學和紅安生物工程技術中心組成技術研發(fā)小組,針對新疆辣椒原料的特點,對辣椒紅色素生產的關鍵工藝技術進行研究創(chuàng)新,在辣椒紅色素萃取、去除膠質物方面取得了實質性的突破。
1.在現(xiàn)有辣椒紅色素加工傳統(tǒng)單一溶劑萃取的技術基礎上,研究采用復合溶劑萃取新技術,從辣椒顆粒中萃取色素,色價得率可達95%以上,縮短浸出時間30%(加工12噸辣椒顆粒,單溶劑萃取需要5小時,復合溶劑萃取只需要3.5小時以內,可以達到同樣的效果,傳統(tǒng)單溶劑萃取5小時后殘余色價是0.4以上,復合溶劑萃取3.5小時殘余色價是0.4以下),進而降低物耗50%(加工每噸顆粒,溶劑消耗由原來的

1.項目建成了國產化荔枝原汁和荔枝濃縮汁生產線1條,實現(xiàn)了機械化去皮去核連續(xù)生產,平均處理荔枝原料能力達到10t/h以上。
2.荔枝原汁和濃縮汁出品率分別達到2.0:1和4.0:1,荔枝原汁褐變指數(shù)小于0.3,荔枝濃縮汁褐變指數(shù)小于0.4;較好保持荔枝汁原有色澤。
