項目簡介:酒精發(fā)酵液處理是糖業(yè)界一個公認(rèn)的世界難題。該院就甘蔗種植區(qū)土壤養(yǎng)分循環(huán)及酒精發(fā)酵液處理的有關(guān)技術(shù)問題進行了研究,根本上解決了一直困擾甘蔗糖廠酒精發(fā)酵液對環(huán)境的污染的問題,實現(xiàn)污染物零排放,清潔生產(chǎn),保護環(huán)境。
到2010年5月止,廣西、云南、廣東各蔗區(qū)累計推廣應(yīng)用糖蜜酒精發(fā)酵液噴淋面積共730.4萬畝,解決了酒精發(fā)酵液的污染問題,提高了資源利用率,降低了甘蔗生產(chǎn)成本,提高了土壤肥力,保護了環(huán)境,同時提高了甘蔗產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì),增加了農(nóng)民收入,使蔗糖業(yè)成為可持續(xù)發(fā)展的“循環(huán)經(jīng)濟”。施用酒精發(fā)酵液可增加糖產(chǎn)量,提高糖廠利潤,具有較社會、經(jīng)濟和生態(tài)三重效益。

項目簡介:針對目前土壤養(yǎng)分速測技術(shù)與方法中成本高、效率低等問題,該研究所通過對速測技術(shù)進行改進,研究出了可以快速測定土壤硝態(tài)氮、速效磷和速效鉀的土壤養(yǎng)分速測箱。測定土壤硝態(tài)氮的方法所用試劑分還原、顯色試粉兩部分;速效磷、速效鉀方法分別為兩種液體體系,先后加入土壤過濾液中,比色獲取結(jié)果。該速測箱具有藥品保存時間長,顯色快(約需5分鐘),穩(wěn)定時間長(2小時),精確度高,操作簡便的優(yōu)點。每個土壤樣品測定可在15分鐘內(nèi)完成,測定每個指標(biāo)的試劑成本不足1元。
