項(xiàng)目基本情況：車載通訊系統(tǒng)是指裝載在汽車上的移動(dòng)通訊系統(tǒng)。其特點(diǎn)是以車為載體，同時(shí)能夠隨車移動(dòng)進(jìn)行無(wú)線信號(hào)的傳輸。目前在國(guó)產(chǎn)中檔轎車中，汽車通訊系統(tǒng)也在不斷的納入汽車基本配置之中，伴隨著汽車和移動(dòng)通訊的碰撞，汽車通訊的集成、終端產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)前景十分廣闊。擬新建汽車通訊和無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸系統(tǒng)集成、終端產(chǎn)品廠一座。項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃總投資4000萬(wàn)美元，其中固定資產(chǎn)投資3300萬(wàn)美元，流動(dòng)資金700萬(wàn)美元，資金全部由企業(yè)自籌。計(jì)劃年產(chǎn)30000件終端產(chǎn)品，年銷售收入5200萬(wàn)美元，實(shí)現(xiàn)利稅1200萬(wàn)美元。
Fundamental Information of Project: Telecommunication system on the car refers to mobile telecommunication system loaded on the car, which is used on the car and is able to receive wireless signals while the car is moving. Currently, the car telecommunication system is now gradually integrated into basic parts of China’s medium and high level cars. With the gradual combination of telecommunication system into cars, the integrated and terminal products of telecommunication system enjoys bright market future. A factory that manufactures integrated terminal products for automobile telecommunication and wireless data transmission system will be built. The Project has a total investment of USD40million (fixed assets investment of USD33million and flow capital of USD7million). All capital shall be collected by enterprises themselves. As planned, 30,000 terminal products shall be produced annually and USD52million of annual sales income and USD12million can be realized.
建設(shè)條件：項(xiàng)目擬選址在承德張百灣新興產(chǎn)業(yè)示范區(qū)內(nèi)，該區(qū)交通便利，緊鄰國(guó)道112線，距灤平縣城10公里、京承高速灤平出口23公里，到北京僅1個(gè)半小時(shí)車程；京通鐵路和正在建設(shè)的張?zhí)畦F路經(jīng)過(guò)園區(qū)，并在區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)有客貨兩用站；水資源充沛，灤河流經(jīng)27公里，徑流量19立方米/秒；淺層地下水即可實(shí)現(xiàn)園區(qū)近期供水，規(guī)模為10萬(wàn)噸/日的供水廠正在建設(shè)中；區(qū)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有35KV、110KV、220KV變電站各一座，承德西500KV變電站和園區(qū)專用35KV變電站即將建成投入使用；天然氣管道在區(qū)內(nèi)建設(shè)中轉(zhuǎn)站一座、門站五個(gè)；現(xiàn)有處理能力為2萬(wàn)噸/日的污水處理廠一座，并可提供中水回用，規(guī)劃建設(shè)處理能力為16萬(wàn)噸/日的第二污水處理廠1座，一期6萬(wàn)噸/日工程已開(kāi)工建設(shè)。
Construction Conditions: the project is to be built in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Demonstration Zone of Chengde. The location features convenient transportation and adjoins to No. 112 National Highway, 10km from Luanping County, 23km away from exits of Beijing-Chengde Highway and 1-hour drive away from Beijing. The Beijing-Tongliao Railway and the Zhangjiakou-Tangshan Railway which is being built pass through the Park. And stations for passenger and cargo trains are established in the zone. The water resources here is rich. And 27km of Luanhe passes here, with volume of runoff is 19 cubic meters per second. Shallow groundwater is enough to supply short-term water of the zone. And a water supply plant with a capacity of 100,000tons is being built. Now, there are three transformation stations with a capacity of 35KV, 110KV and 220KV separately. A transformation station of 500KV and the station of 35KV which is built especially for the zone are not being built for production. There is one transfer station and five gate stations, one sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000tons/day to recycle water. And it is planned to build a sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 160,000tons. The first phase of this plant with a capacity of 60,000tons is finished.
