Prior to Stern Charles worked for a USAID project in Ethiopia where he coordinated the implementation of a $14.2M innovation fund that increased incomes for small- holder farmers through business development. He also worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Panama implementing a gravity-fed water system. Charles is passionate about infrastructure development and cleantech. His summer internship was at Pacific Gas and Electric, where he worked on the Transmission Project Development team to implement software solutions to improve project execution processes.
