System is a revolutionary system of

constructing housing system units which

employ various interlocking hollow

elements made from polyvinyl chloride

(PVC) based composite material. These

extruded elements are interconnected by

means of sliding joints. Elements are

roof. Individual elements are filled with

concrete. Conventional roofing can be

lightweight hollow core concrete wall

panel. The panel is composed of cement

and fine aggregates (perlite). The panels

are produced in zero slump and the hollow

cores are formed using an extruder. Panel

length ranges from 900 to 3300 mm with

thickness of 75, 100 and 120 mm while the

width is fixed at 600 mm. Edges are

tongue and groove allows aligning of

panels thereby forming a stable and
