新加坡國際商會

新加坡國際商會Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC)成立于1837年，是新加坡乃至亞洲歷史最為悠久的商業(yè)組 織之一。目前新加坡國際商會的會員企業(yè)來自全球40多個國家，其中新加坡日本地企業(yè)占39％，美國企業(yè)占14％，日本企業(yè)占7％，英國企業(yè)占7％。新加坡星展銀行、吉寶集團(tuán)、新加坡港務(wù)局、 新加坡能源公司、新加坡電信公司、新加坡航空公司、淡馬錫控 股等新加坡政府關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)均是新加坡國際商會的會員，此外，新 加坡一些知名的家族企業(yè)和很多領(lǐng)域的中小企業(yè)也是該商會的會 員。

新加坡國際商會與新政府部的關(guān)系比較密切，是政府有關(guān)部了解 新加坡國際投資及日本地企業(yè)利益和需求的重要渠道，不僅代表 商界利益為政府制定政策、完善規(guī)定提出意見和建議，還經(jīng)常就 企業(yè)關(guān)切和發(fā)展中遇到的問題向政府提出申述。此外，保護(hù)和擴(kuò) 大會員企業(yè)的商業(yè)利益、為會員企業(yè)提供貿(mào)易和投資咨詢等也是 該商會的重要職能。新加坡國際商會分行業(yè)設(shè)立了銀行金融、運 輸物流、國際貿(mào)易、工業(yè)企業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)、石油能源、通訊技術(shù)、教育和列名企業(yè)等九個委員會，負(fù)責(zé)日常跟蹤了解行業(yè)情況，匯總行業(yè)信息數(shù)據(jù)，組織與相關(guān)政府部和行業(yè)組織的聯(lián)席會議等 工作。
