Tourism & Recreation Construction Project in National Baicaowa Forest Park of Luanping County

項(xiàng)目基本情況：借助承德市打造國(guó)際旅游城市和灤平縣金山嶺生態(tài)文化旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)圈發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施，擬利用灤平縣靳家溝林場(chǎng)豐富的自然資源，新建經(jīng)營(yíng)性綜合旅游、休閑、度假景區(qū)及相關(guān)配套設(shè)施建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。白草洼森林公園具有良好的生態(tài)與文化景觀，具有很強(qiáng)的開發(fā)潛力。該項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃總投資7000萬美元，均用于固定資產(chǎn)投資，資金全部由企業(yè)自籌。計(jì)劃從2015年接待游人，年收入可達(dá)2500萬美元，投資回收期3年。
Fundamental Information of Project: By taking advantage of the development strategy of building international tourism city and Jinshanling Ecological Culture & Tourism Economy Circle of Luanping County, the rich natural resources in Jinjiagou Forest Farm shall be used to build operation-oriented construction projects featuring tourism, recreation, tourism destination and supporting facilities. With excellent ecological and cultural scenic spots, Baicaowa Forest Park enjoys strong development potentials. The investment for the project totals USD70million, all of which will be utilized for fixed assets. All funds shall be collected by enterprises their own. Tourists will be welcomed from 2015 as plan, and the annual income can reach USD25million. All investment can be recouped three years after.
項(xiàng)目建設(shè)條件：公園位于靳家溝林場(chǎng)，占地5396公頃。京承公路從山下通過，距北京120公里，距承德市40公里。公園主峰相對(duì)高度1750米，森林總面積8100畝，其中景觀林面積4000畝，森林覆蓋率80﹪，是一處天然次生林區(qū)，有松樹、櫟樹、楊樹，但以白樺樹最多。公園人文古跡悠久，景色秀麗天成，交通條件便利，具有可觀的游覽價(jià)值。
Construction Conditions of Project: The park locates in Jinjiagou Forest Farm, covering an area of 5,396h. Beijing-Chende Highway runs just under the mountain, 120km to Beijing and 40km to Chengde. The relative height of main peak in the Park is 1,750m. With a total forest area of 8,100mu(5.4million sqm), the scenic forest covers an area of 4,000mu(2.6million sqm) and the coverage of forest reaches 80%. It is a natural secondary forest zone with pines, oaks and polars. However, white birch is most in number. The Park features ancient spots and beautiful landscape, convenient transportation and valuable tourism resources.
