三、項(xiàng)目前景

PVC雙壁波紋管是近年發(fā)展起來的一種新型PVC管材，國外著重應(yīng)用于建筑排水、排污管、電工穿線管、埋地排水管等領(lǐng)域；國內(nèi)廣泛應(yīng)用于電纜套管、建筑排水管、農(nóng)用排水管、灌溉、化工、醫(yī)藥及通風(fēng)管道等方面。由于PVC提供了良好的性能價(jià)格比，未來PVC管材仍是世界塑料管材生產(chǎn)使用的主要品種之一。預(yù)計(jì)2010年全球PVC雙壁波紋管需求量將達(dá)到1240萬噸，2015年將達(dá)到1360萬噸；隨著國家大量投資建設(shè)交通、通訊、水利、能源等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)工程為PVC雙壁波紋管的市場創(chuàng)造了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。預(yù)計(jì)國內(nèi)2010年需求量將達(dá)到20萬噸，2015年將達(dá)到32萬噸，產(chǎn)品市場前景看好。

四、效益預(yù)測：項(xiàng)目投產(chǎn)后可實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售額40億元，利稅4億元。

2.Project content:

1）To build a new production line of annual 300,000 tons of PVC double-wall corrugated pipe and 300,000 tons of PVC profile.

2）Total investment is RMB1.8 billion.

3）Project site : New materials Park, Chuzhou District

3. Project prospect:

PVC double-wall corrugated pipe is a new PVC pipe in recent years. At abroad, it is mainly applied in construction drainage, sewage, electrical threading pipes, buried pipes and other areas. At home, it is widely used in cable casing, construction drainage, agricultural drainage, irrigation, chemical industry, medicine and ventilation ducts and so on. As the PVC provides an excellent price-performance ratio, PVC pipe will still be one of the main varieties to produce and use in the world in future. The demand for PVC double-wall corrugated pipe is expected to be 12.4 million tons in 2010 and 13.6 million tons in 2015. With a large number of investment and construction puted in transportation, communication, water conservancy, energy and other infrastructure, they creat a new developing opportunity for PVC double-wall corrugated pipe to gain. It is expected that domestic demand reach to 200,000 tons in 2010 and 320,000 tons in 2015. The prospect of its market is promising.
