項目總投資5億元，總占地30平方公里。本項目包括建設(shè)三河閘觀光區(qū)、九龍灣花卉園、周橋狩獵場、沿堤萬畝荷花帶、富陵河兩岸觀光帶、西順河萬畝圍欄養(yǎng)殖、望湖樓賓館、石華表、石牌坊等大堤景點景觀。目前已完成洪澤湖浴場一期工程、石牌坊一座、九龍壁和堤東富陵河約1.5公里的荷花觀光帶以及約1公里的大堤花卉帶建設(shè)。

四、項目背景：洪澤湖水上長城風光帶以全國第四大淡水湖——洪澤湖38公里攔水大堤為載體，北起二河閘、南臨三河閘，沿洪澤湖大堤西面包括臨湖水面，東面包括大堤東護坡及堤東的富陵河，是一條依托洪澤湖大堤、承載一千多年大湖文化內(nèi)涵的風光帶。

五、效益預測：項目建成后，預計年可接待游客60萬人次，營業(yè)收入2億元，利潤8000萬元，投資回收期約為6年。

The total sum of this project reaches RMB500 million. Covering an area of 30 square kilometers, this belt includes scenic spots such as Sanhe Water-gate Scenic Zone, Jiulongwan Garden, Zhouqiao Hunting Groud, Ten-Thousand-Mu Lotus Belt along the dike, Scenic Belts alongside both sides of Fuling River, Ten-Thousand-Mu Enclosure Breeding Area along Xishun River, Wanghulou Hotel, Stone Ornamental Columns and Stone Monumental Archways. At present, the construction of Hongze Lake Bathing Resort is in the first phase, one Stone Monumental Archway, the Nine-Dragon Screen and the Lotus Belt for about 1.5 km in the Fuling River alongside the east side of the dike, and a flower belt for about one kilometer alongside the dike has already finished.

4. Project background

Hongze Lake On-water Great Wall Scenic Belt is based upon the 38 km dike on Hongze Lake, the fourth biggest fresh lake in China. This scenic belt, stretching from Erhe Water-gate in the north to Sanhe Water-gate in the south and including the protection slope as well as the water area along the west side of this dike and Fuling River along the east side, is one encoded with a culture dating back to more than one thousand years.

5. Benefit prediction

After the accomplishment of this project, this scenic belt is supposed to attract 600 thousand people per year. The operating revenue will reach RMB200 million with profit of RMB80 million. The cost will be recovered in six years.
