“發(fā)展大流通”是市委、市政府提出的把淮安建設(shè)成為蘇北重要中心城市的“五大建設(shè)”重大戰(zhàn)略舉措的重要內(nèi)容，對于增強(qiáng)淮安競爭力和輻射力具有重要支撐作用。在淮安建設(shè)蘇北重要中心城市的進(jìn)程中，流通業(yè)將是一項(xiàng)重要的先導(dǎo)性產(chǎn)業(yè)。清浦物流節(jié)點(diǎn)是淮安“十二五”重點(diǎn)規(guī)劃發(fā)展的六大物流節(jié)點(diǎn)重中之重，位于淮安南高速出口處，交通便利，徐宿淮、寧連、淮鹽等高速交匯于此，新建設(shè)的淮安汽車南站位于物流園區(qū)內(nèi)，物流園規(guī)劃面積10平方公里，目前已開工建設(shè)物流項(xiàng)目數(shù)十個(gè)，有淮安最大的鋼材物流項(xiàng)目—淮安經(jīng)緯鋼材城，蘇北最大的酒業(yè)批發(fā)中心—增力商貿(mào)公司，為春蘭等大企業(yè)配套服務(wù)的民貿(mào)物流等，擬建設(shè)淮安最大的家居城—禧徠樂家居城及占地300畝的億豐物流園。

2.Project background:

"Developing a Large Circulation" is an important content of “the five big constructions” proposed by the committee and the government of Huaian, which plays an important supporting role to strengthen the competition and radiation effect of huaian. During the process of constructing huaian to be the centre city of the northern Jiangsu province, circulation industry will be an important and forefronting indusrty. Qingpu logistics node is the most important one among the six logistics nodes planed in “the 12^th five-year Plan” of huaian. The park is located in the exit of the highway in the south of Huaian, and also the intersection place of Xu suhuai highway, Ninglian highway and Huaiyan highway. There is a new southern bus station of huaian in Logistics Park, which covers an area of 10 square kilometers. At present, dozens of project of logistics are under construction including Huaian Jingwei Steel City that is the largest steel logistics in Huaian, and Zengli Trade Company that is the largest liquor wholesale Center in northern Jiangsu province, and some private logistics serving for Chunlan or other big enterprises. Now we are planning to build the largest home-building City in Huaian that is Xilaile home-building city and Yifeng Logistics Park covering an area of 300 mus.
